Mallowie ("we," "us," "our") is an Australian press-on nail brand.

Eligibility

You'll need to be at least 18 years old to shop with us. If you're under 18, that's fine too, as long as a parent or guardian has given their consent and is aware you're using the site.

Our Products

We put real effort into making sure our product photos, descriptions, and colours are as true to life as possible. That said, small variations can happen. Your screen's settings, the lighting in a photo, or slight differences between manufacturing batches can all affect how a product actually looks once it arrives. We're also free to update, change, or discontinue any product at any time, without needing to give advance notice.

Pricing

Every price on our site is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST where it applies. Prices can change at any time and without warning. On the rare occasion a pricing error slips through, we reserve the right to cancel any orders affected by it.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order with us, you're making an offer to buy, not a guaranteed purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer at our discretion. Your order won't be dispatched until payment has been received in full, using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time we run promotions, including our Buy 2 Get 2 Free bundle offer. These promotions can be changed or pulled at any time. Discount codes can't be stacked with one another unless we specifically say they can, and bundle deals are applied automatically at checkout once your order meets the eligibility criteria.

Everything on this website, our logos, product images, written content, designs, and branding, belongs to Mallowie and is protected under Australian and international copyright and trademark law. None of it can be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission.

User Conduct

While you're on our site, we ask that you steer clear of anything unlawful, avoid trying to access parts of our systems you're not authorised to reach, and refrain from doing anything that could disrupt or interfere with how the website runs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mallowie isn't responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that might arise from using our products or website. If liability does arise, the maximum we're responsible for is capped at the value of the product you purchased.
